Many thanks for the assist, Jetboy. Though it may seem strange, unfathomable even, that someone of my superior intellect would miss two seemingly "cinchy" questions, there is a perfectly reasonable explanation for both. In the case of the cube, my parents were very religious people and abhored among all of the vices gambling in particular. Therefore dice, or any cube shaped objects for that matter, were not allowed in our household - I can assure you, this made board games, Yahtzee in particular, quite boring. An interesting aside to this story, you may ask, if your parents did not allow the tools of gambling in your house, how then did you know that there were 52 cards in a deck? Well, gentle reader, though they did despise gambling, my mother and step-father were great fans of prestidigitation, especially the up-close slight of hand work of the great Ricky Jay. As for my second error, on a more somber note, my step-sister died of injuries sustained at age seven due to an egg related accident. I think that settles that. Thank you Lakergirl and my message board fellows for a most rip-roaring intellectual jaunt!
OK

Sorry for the typo. It was supposed to be 200 D. for P.G. in M. (200 dollars for passing go in Monopoly).
Do you brainiacs want more?

Here you go:
1 = W. on a U. 2 = E. in your H. 3 = B. M. (S. H. T.R.) 4 = Q. in a G. 5 = D. in a Z.C. 6 = H.D. 7 = W. of the A.W. 10 = P. in a B.A. 11 = P. on a F.T. 13 = S. on the A.F. 14 = L. in a S. 16 = O. in a P. 18 = H. on a G.C. 29 = D. in F. in a L.Y. 32 = D.F. at which W.F. 40 = D. and N. of the G.F. 54 = C. in a D. (with the J.) 88 = P.K. 90 = D. in a R.A. 100 = P. in a D. 1001 = A.N. 1492 = C.D.A.
sorry if there are any repeats -- I tried to catch them all.
