RDS Korea contact details?

Hey,
Is there any contacts list for RDS Korea? I could wait and go to SICAF in mid August and network but, maybe some of you guys actually have some email addresses which would make things a lot easier.

I research/write about culture (Lonely Planet travel guides etc) and I've met a few Korean ani studio CEO's but looking for some English speaking RDS contacts in Seoul for an upcoming article.
